Step 1 - C: Consultation

This 30-minute introduction will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. After all, you wouldn’t expect someone with a foot injury to consult with a certified orofacial myologist.

If we aren’t a good fit for each other, we will gladly introduce you to a firm who is better suited to your needs.

Step 2 - A: Assessment

It would be malpractice for a clinician to prescribe medication without evaluation and diagnosis.

During this 90-minute meeting, our team will conduct a high-level overview of your personal and practice’s financial situation.

Just as you use the Goldman-Fristoe to evaluate someone for articulation, we use our assessments to learn more about you.

Your answers to our questions, along with the documents we requested you to bring to the meeting, will serve as the foundation for our analysis.

Step 3 - R: Review

Our team will use our experience, evidence-based research and thousands of hours of training to review your situation and answer the following questions…

  • Can you afford to retire?
  • What threats can be eliminated or reduced from your retirement?
  • How can your investment portfolio be improved?
  • What strategies can be implemented to avoid overpaying taxes?

Step 4 - E: Evaluate

With our review complete, we will have a second meeting to discuss the results.

In Plain English, our team will provide answers to the four questions we asked ourselves during the review of your assessment.

At the end of this meeting, we will ask you to take the time and evaluate if you would like to work with our team or would like more time to think about it.

We are looking for long-term client relationships, not a quick transaction.  It’s important that you take as much time as needed to make a decision.

To help you make a smart decision, answer these questions:

  • Do I like, trust and respect the Utterly Financial team?
  • Do the benefits outweigh the cost?
  • Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?
  • Do their planning recommendations make sense?

We will follow-up within a few days to determine how you would like to move forward.
